Financial Professional / Advisor – Detailed Description

The Role

As a Financial Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships by providing comprehensive financial analysis and customized strategies. This is a crucial role focused on educating clients and helping them achieve their long-term financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth fact-finding meetings to understand clients’ financial situations and goals.
  • Develop and present customized financial plans, focusing on retirement planning, investment strategies, and appropriate insurance coverage (Life, Health, Annuities).
  • Maintain proactive communication and review clients’ portfolios regularly.
  • Stay current with market trends, product changes, and industry regulations.
  • Actively network and prospect for new client opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus).
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and disciplined to work independently.
  • A strong desire to learn and obtain required state licenses (e.g., Life & Health Insurance license) is essential.
  • Previous sales, customer service, or financial industry experience is beneficial but not required.
